The oldest item among the products of the 16th generation Kuroemon. Although it uses high-impact brewing methods of sake rice and mountain waste, it is a flat basic model that continues to exist without breaking the status of sake brewing. I am also obsessed with this wine because it is thick and a bit dull, but it has its own unique personality. Both hot and cold drinks are available.

The sake is produced by Yukawa Sake Brewery, which won a silver medal in the sake category at the 2023 International Wine Challenge (IWC), one of the world's largest alcohol competitions.
