It is a new junmai ginjo sake that uses 50% Miyama Nishiki rice from the Akita Prefecture Gojojo Sake Rice Research Association and is brewed with Akita Prefecture yeast. It has a light koji aroma and a sweet and sour aroma like apricot, with a soft taste and fresh and firm acidity. The texture is smooth and the flavor is just right.
