Alcohol concentration: 16%
Yamada Nishiki produced in Hyogo Prefecture is used to grind it to 35%. It is brewed using the seven-drop and twenty-gun method and ice-temperature aging technology. The liquor is then extracted using the traditional hanging bag dripping method. The output is very rare. Longyue is one of the highest-quality products of the Fourteenth Generation after Longquan, and is only produced in limited quantities in November every year.
